Listing Guidelines

Detailed submission guidelines are provided during the submission process, once you have registered with us. We urge you to read these in full. The more effort you put into your listing submission, the more you will benefit from the site.

All listings must be paid-for, unless (at our discretion) we choose to list a site on an affiliate basis (see below), although we may offer one free upgrade if you link back to us. To take advantage of this offer, please pay for a listing one grade below your desired package and contact us using the form on the contact page to arrange the link back. We will check your site and, if the link back is approved, we will upgrade your listing. If we decline your link back, we will arrange with you which package you wish you be on and collect any outstanding monies accordingly.

You may find that your website is already listed within our directory, for example if you operate an affiliate scheme. If so, it will most likely be on a bronze listing, although occasionally we run affiliate listings on silver, gold or platinum. This is subject to change at any time and the only way of guaranteeing your listing remains on a higher package, or indeed in the directory at all, is if you pay for it to do so. If you wish to pay to guarantee your listing remains in the directory, please set up an account via the login link, then contact us using the contact form on the contact page. We will then pass over your listing to your account, from where you can pay for the appropriate package, whether that be the package you are on, or an upgrade or downgrade.

If you wish to convert your affiliate listing to a normal listing with a HTML link, once again please set up an account and contact us. We reserve the right to keep your listing as an affiliate listing, but will generally allow the request for you to convert it to a paid-for normal listing with a HTML link. After we pass your listing over to your account, you can select the package you wish to be on and pay for it accordingly.

If your site is not listed but operates an affiliate scheme, and you would like to list it on that basis, you may contact us for consideration. Please note that we reserve the right to decide whether to list your site on an affiliate basis.

Our website is targeted at UK users. We will consider non-UK based websites for inclusion in the directory, but they must be directly relevant to the UK user and of course be written in English. Overseas websites submitting themselves to our directory can only do so having accepted our 'Terms & Conditions', which state that English law shall apply.

Each separate URL or domain name requires a separate submission and, if appropriate, a separate fee, although if you have multiple websites you can manage them from one account.

Only websites of a certain quality and relevance will be accepted and this decision will be at the discretion of the editor.
